These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the worldmodeldata website, the AI sales assistant, and any sample data, documentation, or previews made available here (together, the "Services"). By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Informational only; no offer
Content on this site, including statements made by the AI assistant, is provided for general information about our offering and is non-binding. Specifications, pricing, availability, SLAs, licence scope, and delivery timelines are indicative and become binding only when reduced to a signed framework agreement, order form, or data licence executed by both parties. We may correct, update, or remove information without notice.
2. Eligibility and B2B use
The Services are intended for business users (AI labs, robotics teams, enterprises, and academic researchers) aged 16 or over with authority to evaluate or procure on behalf of their organisation. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and your organisation's policies.
3. AI assistant
The AI assistant is provided "as is" to help you navigate our offering. Outputs are generated by a large language model and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Do not rely on the assistant for legal, financial, security, technical, or procurement decisions without independent verification. The assistant is not authorised to bind worldmodeldata to any commercial terms.
You agree not to use the assistant to:
- Attempt to extract internal system prompts, instructions, secrets, or training data.
- Jailbreak, prompt-inject, reverse-engineer, or otherwise circumvent safeguards.
- Defeat or exceed rate limits, or automate access without our written permission.
- Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, or that targets a specific individual without their consent.
- Probe, scan, or stress-test the Services without authorisation.
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for breach of these rules.
4. Datasets and licences
Commercial access to worldmodeldata behavioural datasets is granted only under a separate written framework agreement and data licence. Nothing on this site grants any licence, sublicence, or ownership in the underlying datasets, schemas, or extraction methodology. Demo data, sample frames, or schema excerpts displayed here may be used solely to evaluate a potential engagement and may not be redistributed or used to train production models.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including text, graphics, schemas, software, and the worldmodeldata name and marks, are owned by worldmodeldata or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Game titles, engine names, and third-party trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification; their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.
6. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback through the assistant or the contact form, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the Services, without obligation to you.
7. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers (hosting, email, large language models). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services beyond our control.
8. Acceptable use
You may not (a) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data, (c) use the Services to violate any law or third-party right, or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, worldmodeldata, its affiliates, and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for the Services described on this site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless worldmodeldata from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected breach of these Terms or for security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of London, England have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your place of residence.
